My practice is dedicated to helping people 18 years and older who are impacted by traumatic events or unexpected life changes such as loss of a loved one, as well as relationship challenges, family issues, or depression, anxiety, and stress.
As human beings, we are innately adaptive creatures. Our ability to learn and grow exists throughout our life span. As a therapist, I use a range of tools that include mindfulness techniques to help you reconnect to your own capacity to move towards health and enhanced personal well-being. Additionally, I am trained in and frequently use Gestalt experiments, and EMDR to help lessen the impact of distress on your life.
My offices are located in NYC’s Flatiron District and in Harrison, NY. and I see patients during daytime and evening hours.
